OUR VISION

Thoughts of an Empath is an organization established to address the growing need to influence the current social climate. In short, how we live with one another. We are dedicated to nurturing a societal shift by creating spaces that are centered around enriching the conversations we have, safety, and promoting vulnerability. Whether one wants to believe it or not, there is a MASSIVE ideological gap between current generations that is quickly weakening the roots of our families and our society. It is rare to find a general consensus of thought or understanding between age groups on a range of topics. Let alone have a space to have these discussions in a healthy manner. Through our programs, events, and retreats we create & promote a culture that empowers members of the community to invest first in each other to enhance our present and in our youth, to secure a strong future.

OUR MISSION

The biggest casualty in this growing time of social and ideological imbalance are the very families that make up our communities. Family and home structure are without a doubt among the major factors that influence how we grow, interact with ourselves, and those around us. Yet how do we properly measure the health of our families and quality of our homes? That is no light task by any means. We say we are here to shift the culture however some may not know what that shift looks like. We do. The shift we want to influence prioritizes open communication over technology induced isolation. Where confidence and resilience are more common than anxiety and self harm. And toxicity is met with Love and community.
